Followed a recipe on noobcook on butter shiitake mushroom. It looked so easy I thought I should try it out.
Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 2tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 onions
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 150g shitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 50g button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- Black pepper (grated)
- Melt butter in pan/wok.
- Add herbs, onion and garlic and fry till garlic turns light brown.
- Add mushroom and light soy sauce and continue frying.
- Sprinkle black pepper and serve.
I added some tofu for gran since she likes tofu so much.
