Main ingredients
- a piece of beancurd (200g-300g) (get those for steaming)
- dried shrimps
- minced meat
Sauce
- 3 tbsp water/stock
- 1/4 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- a bit of ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce*
Directions
- Boil shrimps and minced meat together
- Steam tofu over high heat for 5 minutes. Drain away the liquid from steaming tofu.
- Boil ingredients for sauce. Pour over the cooked tofu, shrimps and minced meat.
*If you don't want the sauce to be thick, then omit the corn starch.
